Cookie Policy

The Fleeti website may use “cookies or trackers” (hereinafter “cookies”), which require the data subject’s consent before they are installed on the data subject’s device.

These are small text files stored on the hard drive of the Data Subject’s device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) after visiting a website. They are used, in particular, to speed up future visits to the Site, enable navigation between pages, and remember preferences.

The use of these cookies is governed by Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act, and the GDPR refers to the conditions applicable to consent set forth in Article 7.

The terms “cookies” or “trackers” refer to various elements such as:

• HTTP cookies;

• "Flash" cookies;

• The result of calculating a unique device fingerprint in the case of “fingerprinting” (the calculation of a unique device identifier based on elements of its configuration for tracking purposes);

• Tracking pixels or “web bugs”;

• Any other identifier generated by software or an operating system (serial number, MAC address, unique device identifier (IDFV), or any set of data used to calculate a unique device fingerprint (e.g., through a “fingerprinting” method)).

There are two categories of cookies:

  1. Strictly Necessary Cookies (“Technical Cookies”)

Cookies that do not require consent are those strictly necessary for the provision of an online communication service expressly requested by the Data Subject or those that enable or facilitate the transmission of electronic communications. Users of the Site will be informed of their use and reminded that they can be blocked through browser settings.

  1. Cookies that are not strictly necessary (“non-technical cookies”)

These are Cookies that are not intended solely to enable or facilitate electronic communication, or that are not strictly necessary for the provision of an online communication service at the user’s express request. These require the prior consent of the Site user.
