Cookie Usage Policy
The Fleeti website may use "Cookies or Trackers" (hereinafter "Cookies"), requiring the consent of the Data Subject before they are installed on their device.
These are small text files stored on the hard drive of the Data Subject's device (computer, tablet, mobile) following consultation of a website. They are used in particular to speed up future visits to the Site, allow navigation between pages, and remember preferences.
The use of these Cookies is governed by Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés) and the GDPR refers to the applicable conditions for consent as provided for in Article 7.
The terms cookies or trackers cover various elements such as:
• HTTP cookies;
• "Flash" cookies;
• The result of calculating a unique device fingerprint in the case of "fingerprinting" (calculating a unique device identifier based on elements of its configuration for tracking purposes);
• Invisible pixels or "web bugs";
• Any other identifier generated by software or an operating system (serial number, MAC address, unique device identifier (IDFV), or any set of data used to calculate a unique device fingerprint (for example, via a "fingerprinting" method).
There are two categories of Cookies:
Strictly necessary Cookies ("Technical Cookies")
Cookies that do not require consent are those strictly necessary for the provision of an online communication service expressly requested by the Data Subject, or those that may allow or facilitate the transmission of communication by electronic means. Users of the Site will be informed of their use and it will be reminded that it is possible to block them via the browser settings.
Cookies that are not strictly necessary ("Non-technical Cookies")
These are Cookies that do not have the exclusive purpose of enabling or facilitating communication by electronic means or that are not strictly necessary for the provision of an online communication service at the express request of the user. These require the prior consent of the Site user.
